How our work might look at full circle therapy

Therapy offers you a regular time (a session) to think and talk about your life, yourself, your family, and those that are close to you. We might discuss:

  • What's going on in your life right now
  • What has happened in the past
  • How does the past affect how you are feeling, thinking, and behaving now

 

I offer a safe and confidential environment where you can be yourself and explore concerns you wish to express.  Within a professional therapeutic framework, we'll build our own unique way of working forming a relationship that helps to promote lasting change.  We can reduce the stress of a specific problem, improve thinking patterns, strengthen your ability to manage problematic emotions, and develop caring relationships.  The process honors and respects you, your pace and the meaning of the work.
